Brian Fletcher, VP of Consulting Services

Brian joined Insights in Marketing in May 2000. He has diverse client experience and brings an extensive set of techniques and research methodologies to help clients achieve richer results. Brian has experience in many industries including travel, food and beverage, packaged goods, insurance, entertainment, consumer electronics and financial services.

Brian's prior experience includes:

  • Marketing Consultant for St. James Associates where he focused primarily on equity, positioning and brand architecture work for a variety of clients such as Kellogg, Kohler, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Intel, Brunswick and Hewlett-Packard
  • 11 years in brand management; 3 years at S.C. Johnson working on both new products and Floor Care, three years at Keebler working on new products in the salty snacks division and five years at Colgate-Palmolive on the toothpaste business
  • Built the foundation for his career in client service at A.C. Nielsen, designing and analyzing test markets for clients

Brian received his B.S. in Marketing and a B.S. in Psychology from Bradley University. He is also a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA).
