Caroline Roe, Director of Quantitative Research

Caroline began collaborating with Insights in Marketing in 2009 and brings a strong marketing mind, as well as her expertise in using both quantitative and qualitative research tools to enhance insights.

Caroline has been a Marketing Research Consultant for five years, advising a diverse range of clients on a variety of marketing challenges to build their brand and their businesses.

Her clients have included:

  • General Mills
  • Imation
  • Progressive Insurance
  • St. Joseph Health System
  • Breathe-Right

Additionally, Caroline spent 14 years on the client side, partnering with marketers at The Pillsbury Company, SC Johnson, Fisher-Price Toys and Roundy's supermarkets where she applied a rich understanding of consumers to brand growth. She routinely managed the full range of research needs for both new and established businesses, including establishing and running a new research department.

Caroline has significant experience managing research projects globally. At Pillsbury she established the research function for the International division, being responsible for all research outside of the U.S. and Canada. She continues to use this expertise to help clients succeed around the world.
