Gail Joseph, Sr. Marketing Consultant
Gail joined Insights in Marketing in
March 2007 after 18 years of brand management experience,
leveraging category and consumer insights to drive brand growth.
Gail has a broad experience across many industries, including food
and beverage, fashion/beauty, personal care, retail, consumer
appliances and financial services.
Gail's prior experience includes:
- Seven years at Alberto Culver as the Senior Marketing Director of TRESemmé and VO5. Successfully re-launched and more than doubled the TRESemmé business. She also had numerous successes on VO5, including strategically aligning the brand globally, launching VO5 styling targeted at a younger, more fashion-oriented consumer and restaging VO5 shampoo/conditioner into new fragrances, formulas and a new, more contemporary package for the first time in its 50 year history
- 11 years at Unilever marketing such leading household brand names as Suave, Finesse and Dove. She also spent several years in new product innovation as well as customer specific marketing.
Gail received her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern. She is also a RIVA trained moderator and is a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA).
