Jessica Ritzo, Head of Online Qualitative

Jessica joined Insights in Marketing in 2010 with over nine years of marketing research experience on both the supplier and client side, with particular expertise in online methodologies and website usability. Jessica has broad experience across many industries, including consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, media and entertainment, healthcare, pharmaceutical, sports and recreation, financial services and travel and tourism.

She has moderated sessions with a diverse array of segments, including physicians and specialists, Key Opinion Leaders, C-Level Executives, medical patients and consumers from age 6 up to 70.

Jessica's prior experience includes:

  • Marketing Consultant / Senior Associate at Observant LLC, where she focused primarily on U.S. and International pharmaceutical and health care research
  • Project Director at TideWatch Market Research & Consulting, a role in which she worked closely with many well-known Fortune 500 companies
  • Associate Manager within the Customer Insights & Marketing team at DIAGEO - Guinness USA, where she conducted and leveraged consumer and customer focused research to identify business risks and opportunities for the entire beer portfolio

Jessica received her B.A. in Psychology from Connecticut College. She is a RIVA trained moderator and is a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA) and the New Hampshire Chapter of the Usability Professionals Association (NHUPA).
