Ron Raskin, Partner & Sr. Marketing Consultant

Ron joined Insights in Marketing in September 1995 and became a partner in January 1998. Ron is a seasoned consultant who has a dynamic style that engages customers and leads to a deeper insight into the consumer.

Ron has worked in a broad range of industries, including food and beverage, retail, travel, financial services and beauty.

Ron's prior experience includes:

  • Vice President of Amco, a privately held manufacturing and import company in Chicago, primarily responsible for sales and marketing. Accounts included: Williams-Sonoma, Crate & Barrel, Macy's, Bed Bath and Beyond and Best Buy. Ron successfully introduced 50 new housewares products in one year, adding $3MM in additional sales.
  • Three years at Leo Burnett and 10 years at DDB Needham. Worked on various accounts including General Mills, Maybelline, Clorox and P&G. Before leaving the agency business, Ron was the Vice President, Management Representative at DDB Needham, on both the General Mills and Maybelline Accounts.

Ron received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern. He is a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA) and also serves as a Board member for the Starlight Children's Foundation.
